I read this as
a) they had increased losses, but tripled production capacity
b) ran out of money, but obtained 3 million additional financing to help use that increased capacity

I'm long SCON, but I'd like to see better numbers. Half their revenue still came from Government contracts, the other half from commercial sales. How many units is that?

They can produce 3/day, 1000/year, or 330/quarter now. How many were sold/shipped during the quarter ended Dec 98? 10? 30?

How long will 3 mill last given their current burn rate?

I still hold out hope for SCON, but if you read the release for what isn't said, then things aren't going as well we would like.
