Jeeze==I am just trying to get the HP8380 that I purchased nearly two weeks ago to work. So far a ton of techs and one service call have failed to get it up and running. The next tech service call is 8 days away. I can't believe they can make any money this way. If you can't get the units fixed, you can't buy them. I think I get it, but HP doesn't seem to be getting it.
