Gary,

The information I post on oil prices is from NYMEX. Up until two months ago NYMEX posted the Spot Price, now they only post the next month (futures) which presently happens to agree with the Spot Price. When the contract for the next month futures closes out, the Spot Price and Futures Price disagree for a few weeks. Then I use the OilWorld site (previous day's price) to attempt to rectify the Spot Price.

For Natural Gas I use the OilWorld site (yesterday's Spot Price) and attempt to correct it for the Up/Down action of the futures market that day. This usually works; however there are days when the Spot price gains, where the Futures Price goes down. The premium paid to CWEI is obtained from the analysts, Paine Webber/Rodman,Renshaw /Hanifens detailed financial estimates. Natural Gas has substantially dropped in price.

CWEI is presenting at a Hanifen, Imhoff conference in Colorado this week and information on the seismic survey will be available at that time.
