ORCL has been my best pick by far. I was one of the very few that bought at 18.5 (pre-split). Sold half at 36 (pre-split) and just been riding with the rest. I wish I could time them all like that, but alas, I'm not that good/lucky! :*)
I used to work for WANG, thus I loaded up on shares as part of the employee stock purchase program. I wish it would make a move, and knowing their services business, I think it should. Darn thing has been sitting at it's current price (+/- a few points) for a long time!
Anyway, yes, I do currently work in network operations for a major ISP (not AOL), and would be happy to answer any questions you might have about the net (that I can handle, anyway!). :*)
