Bill, How are you reading the VIX. I see a BULLISH FLAG forming, meaning that the VIX could surge to the upside, which would send the markets down hard. But how do you read a BK from that. Bill, near early April there should be a very strong pullback which some may interpret as a BK, but what I am saying is that such will not even be the big one. My position is that there will be a bear market which will last about 2-3 years and which should bring the P/E ratio back to the 15-20 range or lower within 5 years. That would account for a 33-50% haircut. Seeya
