Zeev It is cheaper than you think to grind rock to 400 mesh, Dome in Timmins grinds 10,000 tons per day of 0.07 ounces per ton to 400 mesh.(total value of that gold is $24.50. They then vat leach it with a carbon in pulp process and dispose of the tailings and ask for more. The material in the south west is on surface and grinds easily. The total material cost will be under $10 per ton to mine, grind, mill, pump etc. The additional costs will be the vat process and the chemicals it uses. This should be on the order of $10 per ton maximum, absolute maximum!! and the capital cost of the equipment. Should be also no more than $10 per ton. So $30 per ton. Each ton has .25 and you can get 80% si it yields .20 this is $70 per ton for a profit of $40 per ton, or $200 per ounce
(5 tons gives you 1 ounce) and so your cost of production is $150 per ounce. Of course to be conservative go up to $200 for cost, and down to $150 for profits. Once the mill is made and paid for it will have a cash cost under $20 per ton, for sure.
I am about to get a fat consulting fee , Ah yes here it is ($10,000 in small bills appears over the net)
Large volume industrial process are cheaper than you think.
