Tom,

Spoke to Peter yesterday. He said that there is no problem with negotiations and the multinational clearly wants a deal. Indicated the legal framework (as one would expect) is what is proving to be the most time consuming component ..... he used the word "precedence" a few times ... so I got the sense there were some legal firsts perhaps being initiated here .... may be wrong in that respect.

In any event ... I'm still in 100% ... will likely buy more on weakness.
