OpenText has to compete against the established document management companies, whether they have web enabled products or not. There are many more companies out there with installed client-server databases than web servers. They have to convice these companies that their product is a solution that will work for several years to make the investment worthwhile. The more established companies have an installed base of clients who are more likely to stick with them when they come out with decent web based solutions. That's why Documentum, Interleaf, and Saros have to be considered competitors. I hope OpenText has the answers. So far, they are the only one of the bunch that I own. Pete
