That's like requiring car manufacturers to provide airline tickets... nice line. Clearly, this issue is not to going to be quickly resolved by Congress, simply because as some on this thread had earlier stated, "Congress hates cable." Having the broadcasters as front-running adversaries rather than "just cable" changes the equation to the disadvantage of DISH/DirectTV. (I'm now thinking about how little I watch CBS anyway. I'll miss CBS Sunday Morning, but if I can't get it by satellite, to heck with it.)
