--Take it from someone in the grocery business. If you net 1% of sales you are beating the averages. The only way they will make money is to charge 10-15% higher than the supermarket. Some people will pay that for the convenience, most will not. What Floydie says is correct...most people want to touch their produce first before they buy. Haven't you heard of thumping your melon before buying?? There is a niche for this...just a very small one. JMO..DL
