Sorry to respond so late, and Sam whatever the hell your name is, I only post every so often, therefore, why would I bash this stock? ANyway,here are the answers to your questions:
(1)there was more than one rep. Two as of late (Karl and Dequinde) and both were very helpful on the phone, but both did not resolve the problems.
(2) No response as of yet.
(3)The reason I ordered...I had an account number and PIN. I thought that was all that mattered.

I also hope that this is only a glitch.
