Do you know when the next launch date is?

Concerning the legislation: I can't imagine it'll actually become law.
First of all, subs in Grade A areas probably already have their antennas for locals. Plus, what about the people who can't pull in off-air broadcasting anyway? It's going to take a while for all this to sort out. If Dish keeps adding 100K subs a month, it's moot.
