I don't know, Gus, I think Job may have been a bear! <grin> Seriously, thanks for the info on the PP, I really didn't research it but I couldn't remember seeing it in any of the (meager!) PR I've gotten from the company. Problem is, our broker holds all our shares, so even if we did get something, It's not usually very timely and I sometimes just file it away without really reading it thru. Patience is a virtue, but sometimes it's tough to be virtuous! <g> Rick
