Steven, It is my understanding they have a million in cash. A recent loan from a Eurpoean financial institution. Not a Reg S Offshore arrangement!!!! The sales for nine months 9/30/94 were 382,725 and for nine months 9/30/95 were 299,809. It is my understanding last year they were having some manufacturing problems, air leakage around the input air valve which has been fixed. I have been told by sources that I can not verify, that MOT is currently ordering about 40,000 per month and both the New Zeland and British postal departments orders were larger than MOT's. My nephew is going to the stockholders meeting and the information on this quarters sales should be available at the meeting.

I did not say they were going after IOMG business. It sure sounds like a good rumor ;)
