Systemsoft shares delisted from Nasdaq

NATICK, Mass., March 12 (Reuters) - Software company SystemSoft Corp. said Friday its shares have been taken off the the Nasdaq Stock Market because the company could not maintain a $1 minimum bid price or minimum levels of net tangible assets.

Company officials were not available to say if SystemSoft shares now would be quoted on the Over-The-Counter (OTC) Bulletin Board system. On the Nasdaq, shares last traded at 13/32, off a 52-week high of 4-5/8.
