Larry, I want to give management the benefit of the doubt on this issue. I believe Mr. Motenko is a very honest and hard working CEO who strives to do what is best for the long term prospects of CHGO. However, when just looking at it on paper, the deal still doesn't look good to me. This was too much of a sweat hart deal for Mr. Habash for my liking. Especially considering the Mr. Habash's dumping of his shares. This indicates that Mr. Habash had them over a barrel or CHGO really needed the cash. Rory
