Cell phones don't work at Lac Rocher (at least ours doesn't). Sat-phones are a different beast and I have yet to see real security work half as well as basic loyalty.

Bringing in outside consultants might make the TSE task force happy but is guaranteed to achieve the exact opposite of what was intended.
