I am not long this stock, but I feel for you people and understand the frustration of the rules we play under. The precipitous drop of the stock prior to today smells to me, and, unfortunately, seems to happen a lot.
The class action guys will hop on board I would think. From my experience, don't hold your breath for much recovery, and much later in the future, if at all. Unfortunately, IMHO, the prospect of these developing may cast a further cloud over this stock.
