Does Kraft use Volpaks? I seriously doubt they can be retrofitted, and I more seriously doubt that TCBG would want to give Kraft their leading product advantage. The TCBG business plan is obvious. Build capacity and sign up as many retailers as they have capacity for, then sell the company for 4X sales.
