RE: Insider trading and system problems psychuang, It would be good to know how many shares these insiders still have in order to judge the selling. My guess is that it represents small fractions of holdings. And in terms of system problems, it is my experience too that AMTD is often down or logs me out involuntarily. However, unlike a few months ago, if I just wait about a minute and log on again, it typically works. This suggests that the recent system upgrade is making a difference. Also, I have been on Microsoft network since its inception; and it had a lot of problems going through its hyper-growth phase too. And AMTD appears to be in a hyper-growth phase. We'll get more information on this with the next earnings report. Meanwhile, I bought some at about 35 pre-split and more when it got weak a month ago. Bruce
