I believe DSC Comm.(DIGI) was the rumored potential buyer. But since
DSC's stock price collapsed from $60+ to $22 3/8, it is not likely now
that DSC can do it until its stock price recovered .

GDC is still OK from cash flow and TA point of view. There is not much
down side risk from the current price. But its problem is the
management. The ATM market has been growing very fast in the last few
years. Yet GDC WAS and still IS just "keeping in touch with itself"
allday and did "NOTHING" effective to grow the business.

GDC has good international customer base and SHOULD be able to
continue growing it. But again, the current management is still
S-L-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-P-I-N-G....Zzz...Zzz...Zzz...Zzz!!!(I'm afraid that
,one day, they may forget their own NAME or their way home after 9:00
pm. on Friday. (Not because of working O/T but of ZZZZzzzz..... in
the office.)

The last quarter was the LAST loss the Street was expecting to see.
Therefore, if GDC does not make money in the next quarter, WATCH OUT,
the stock is going to DROP off from the face of the Earth.

I am still holding the stock. I got it at $10 1/2. But if it drops
below $8, I'll be out.
