WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., March 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Able Telcom Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: ABTE) today announced that Gideon Taylor has resigned from the Board of Directors and will continue his position with Able as Vice President, special projects. Elections to the board include Billy V. Ray, CEO and interim president of Able, Alec McLarty, Chairman and CEO of Clarion Resources Communications Corporation, and William Spencer, former President of CitiCorp and Citibank, N.A. (New York), all who will serve until the annual shareholders meeting, presently scheduled for May 10, 1999.
