When I spoke to Ray Matthews at IR for DGTL 2 days ago, thats is what I believe Gome. SEC filings will be public soon, distribution agreements will start coming out...etc etc... It would be worth it to phone them, 1-800-793-1266 Good luck to you. I am very keen on the prospects of DGTL, 12 Million shares fully diluted, minimal Debt.
