I am a big Baja Fresh fan, going back to their original shop. Its good and the franchises seem to be well run. I have not been following, but I thought that they were purchased by a Pepsico unit? Could be wrong on this as I have not done any research.

If they do go public, this will be a winner because it's good food!!
