Even 2% milk is better than whole. Over the years I have cut down from putting half and half in my coffee to whole, then to 2%, and am working on learning to like 1%. I gave up putting sugar in my coffee years ago. Venison sausage sounds very good. My mixer can take a meat grinder attachment, I keep meaning to order one and try making homemade sausage, and nice fresh ground meat.
