I don't have all of the answers to your questions, however, you can
might start by reviewing the latest 10-Q located at

sec.gov

Also, the following press release will give you some information about
management changes.

TUSTIN, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 18, 1996--The Cerplex Group
Inc. (NASDAQ:CPLX), a leading provider of high technology outsourcing
services, on Wednesday announced the consolidation of North American
sales and marketing activities to be headed by Ray Robidoux as senior
vice president of sales and marketing.
Robidoux, who joined Cerplex in March of this year, brings over 19
years of sales and marketing experience to this role, including
positions at Westinghouse Electric and AST Research, where he directed
U.S. channel sales and customer service.
As a result of this reorganization, Cerplex expects to recognize
increased efficiencies and improved coordination between the sales and
marketing groups. Customer service activities will also fall under
Robidoux's responsibilities, allowing his organization to manage the
entire customer interface trail including the sales process, proposals,
implementation transition and customer care management.
Related to this reorganization, Robert McFarland, previously senior
vice president of sales, has resigned to accept a position at Dell
Computer.

Cerplex is a leading independent provider of service outsourcing,
including repair and remanufacturing, parts and logistics services.
The company has developed extensive capabilities in these areas,
focusing on the computer and peripherals, telecommunications and office
automation markets. Cerplex offers custom developed programs to OEM
and TPM customers that help to reduce their service costs, shorten
response times, and improve customer satisfaction.
The company's headquarters is located in Tustin with service
facilities throughout the United States and Europe. Visit Cerplex's
homepage at www.cerplex.com .

Seven electronic-repair operations are listed below. These
businesses were drawn to Louisville because of the United Parcel
Service Inc. air hub:

The Cerplex Group Inc., 11201 Ampere Court, Bluegrass Research
and Industrial Park. California-based computer-repair, parts
remanufacturing and distribution company. October 1996. 250 jobs.

Hope this helps.
