Very interesting. That would be an "upward" squeeze and non-dilutive to our current valuations, yes?

I also heard back from the company today (via email). It sounds like both a private investment and the merger are on the docket for announcements in March (the investment update may be as early as next week). This ties in to the information that was released on the 3/11 research update from the Investor's Alert newsletter.
