Eventhough the proxy meeting is scheduled on 3/30, ZDNet IPO Date is still hold on 3/31. That's what I heard from the IR Dept. We all knows that Softbank hold around 72% of ZD, and the decision on the spin-off has been made.

All we have to do is wait for the SEC filing next week, the roadshow next, proxy meeting and the IPO.
