dave.....I take a different take on the acquisition of Unicore or some would say Unicore bought tssw for nothing...........Unicore made over 400k last year and then sold for over 4million to tssw ......Then the controlling party of unicore who just received 4million dollars worth of stcok and cash will run and for all practical purposes control Unicore/TSSW.....................Its like he sold it to someone else and received the funds and he STILL controls everything ...............I CALL THIS DEAL >>>>>>>>>>>A SWEETHEART DEAL IF I EVER saw one........NOT that tssw didnt need someone to take over but this deal is sure a sweatheart deal for NARATH...............He's made his killing here already and hopefully he will try to help turn tssw around since he WANTS STOCK for Unicore......THATS the only saving grace in my opinion........ ................Narath now controls a public company so it will be interesting to see what he does.....Cant be any worse then what came before.......I think this one is a good speculative buy here....The inflection point for change has occured.....imo...cmg
