given the ORCL earnings report, this was a well timed announcement. It's evident ORCL's decline has hurt IMIC. Does anyone have a clear grasp of ORCL and how deep their problems might be? Further, this still looks like a steal if you look at the $60mil in cash...of course, depending on how fast they decide to use it. But, according tho the announcement, they are looking at saving and not spending... greg
