last time it didnt go up quite that high. People lost more money this time, so there are probably a few people who are trying to average down(which in my opinion is a waste of money in this case)for all of those who have been buying this stock after it drops to the lows and waiting for the next scam. I would suggest you pass. With the new sec regulations this company will be gone for good in just a little while. July I think
