NSM's 0.18 micron process is more like AMD/Intels current 0.22 process. NSM's MII is basically a dead product unless AMD has yield problems again. They have a new 370 pin Cayenne core chip coming soon with 256K cache on chip. If they can do 400Mhz on that they could cause AMD k6-2/Celeron family a lot of damage. I guess the GXm should run at 300Mhz in 0.18 micron - NSM's 0.18 micron anyway. However they big key is the power consumption. If they run these at 1.5V they should still run at 200Mhz and be very low power. Ideal for set top boxes and web browsers of course. Regards, Kash Johal
