My ISP is Compuserve, and when it is taking 3+ minutes to just refresh my SI bookmarks or display a "Next", my streaming quotes are fine and Yahoo navigates are snappy. I'll look into tracert, but if I can't even log in, or each SI page refresh is taking 2+ minutes, I can't see how Browsemaster is gonna help me. Alan
