Well,

once again my optimistic projections for APCO were not realized. I am going to give it through middle of next week to do something before I start unloading position. This is not a statement as to my belief in APCOs future, rather, one which is focused on my small caps are dead belief. Of course, a bit of news may change my focus but the lack of a bounce off severe oversold (short term) and no volume leads me to believe we are running in molasses.

of course, i have a knack for setting bottoms lately so the contrarian would view my exit as a positive
