I don't think the company will be happy issuing anywhere near what you state. In order to keep control, they need to keep the conversion to something less than their total shares. If you do the math, this means that they need a price of $3-$4 to keep control of the company. How they get there -- well hopefully these guys are as smart as we think they are. Authorized shares -- are just that -- not tradeable until issued and registered. That will take some time.
