W/r the 20% discount offer -- Amazon.com's price on Day Trading Into the Millennium is $62.95, which is a 37% discount from Turner's $99.50 price, and Amazon charges less for shipping. Amazon delivery is said to be 4-6 weeks; I'd guess the author will ship quite quickly. The single customer review at Amazon was lukewarm at best.
