Slow response problem was because of Prodigy. This is the second time in a week that I've had an extremely slow response problem on a particular server, when responses from other servers were fine and the problem was Prodigy both times. I am now using Earthlink, and responses are better in general as well as being back to normal on the the two slow response servers. Maybe PRGY is a SHORT. Nah, never short an internet stock. Thanks for your replies. Ron
