Bill, I read this article again over on the PAIR thread. It is one of the best I have seen and though it is long, it is a must read if someone wants to get a good feel for where IDTC fits in. After thinking about this some more I wonder why someone doesnt just try to take them out entirely while the share price is depressed. It would be immediately accretive for a number of different companies. Maybe the delay in the anticipated announcements is due to analyzing some additional options. Any thoughts on this possibility?
