I agree that we can't expect much of an upward move yet, but I really thought we'd see a bottom around 6 1/2.The time horizon for mrvc to start out performing the market an start appreciating is getting closer.I thought I did my last buying of mrvc several weeks ago but I find it hard to pass up at these levels,in less than 6 months it could easily double.Hang in there Signist, our time will come. Mike
