You misunderstand me apparently. I posted that letter merely as proof that I had made a request for the info via the website, which OFFERED the info upon request. I assumed others had requested the written info and was wondering if it had been received by them.

I was actually trying to respect your request that we leave old management out of this (to whatever extent that is realistically possible). So perhaps you need to chill out.
