On August 31, 1991, Pascal Ventures, Inc. issued 500,000 shares of stock at $.001 per share for $500. These shares have been issued to ten individuals based on the cash contributed. " I love it, ten guys pitching in $50 a pop for 500K shares." An even bigger joke than BAAT. The stench is sickening.
