Wasn't it a Merrill fund manager who dumped VTS a couple weeks ago sending it to the 8's? I don't recall which fund did that, but it was Merrill which heavily dumped OS in Jan-Feb. What could possibly be going through their heads? Have they forgotten how the game is played? Or is the analyst there just trying to one-up the fund manager?
