Everyone...Here's more info from a call an RB member has made this AM

Just off the phone with Myles-

1) "Finanncials are following their natural course". Accountants missed a whole section of inventory assets that had to be added. Any
indication that the financials wold be released to the public before the 15th was incorrect. Once the accounting firm has made its
revisions it still must be reviewed again by the company and then given to the SEC. The SEC alone can take up to ten days to give it
the green light.

2) Myles is working on getting the Army Corps' copy of the paper that was presented for our review. Maybe early next week he would
have that available.

3) The company has two engineers currently and has plans to greatly expand R&D. Sales force must grow soon to keep up with
demand.

4) Myles is involved primarily with the industrial applications of the product. He described a visit to GM's East Pontiac Plant where in
that plant alone they found 27 different uses for the product. Some examples would include predictive maintenance on bearings.
Locating any arching in electrical circuits. Finding leaks through out the plant in its compressed air lines. Testing the seals on doors
and windows. With regard to bearings this tool can be placed next to any bearing, on any equipment, and tell whether or not it is good
bad or in between. He told me that he has never given a demonstration of this equipment and not made a sale.

5) The current manufactures have the capacity to produce as much of this product as they will ever need. All they need to do is drop
in another manufacturing line. And if anyone knows about watch manufactures they wouuld understand that these are highly
sophisticated top of the line plants.

6) As production increases costs will tumble. Plans are already in the works to place the circuitry onto a chip (big dollar savings!)

7) Future press releases will come from the companies themselves.

My opinion is that this tool will become as common place as the volt meter. I can not contain my enthusiasm for what I heard. It is a
simple, practical technology that has immense potential. I don't give a tinker's dam if this stock drops to a nickle right now. I am going
to buy every chance I get.
