ELNK and EntertainmentBoulevard Announce Signing of Co-Branded ISP Agreement

PASADENA and MARINA DEL REY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 12, 1999--EarthLink Network ELNK one of the leading Internet Service Providers and Entertainment Boulevard, Inc. (www.entertainmentblvd.com) (NASD OTCBB EBLD) host of streaming content programming via the Internet, today announced that they have entered into an EarthLink Co-Branded Internet Service Provider (ISP) Agreement.
Entertainment Boulevard, host of such entertainment -oriented web sites as Vidnet, Screen Clips, ComedyNet, and Pro Sports Net, which provide music videos movie trailers, live comedy and sports programming respectively, will offer a unique ISP to consumers via a co-branded EarthLink/Entertainment Blvd. Arrangement. Entertainment Blvd. will be offering the competitive price of $19.95 per month for unlimited access, along with many other unique entertainment and communications incentives in order to offer better value to its viewers and others new to the Internet. Entertainment Blvd expects to generate a minimum of a 100,000 new subscribers per month.
