Kevin- Here's the information that you should know: McGinnis is CCSC's president and CEO Musser is a director of CCSC and Safeguard's chairman and CEO Safeguard was the company that brought CCSC public a few years ago, having previously owned all of it. Safeguard periodically sells some CCSC to raise cash, and the rest is explained by stock option activity. Currently, insider ownership of CCSC is about 50%, including Safeguard's stake. Institutions hold about 40%, leaving about 1.5 million shares in the hands of individual investors. TDW
