It appears that the market is tying RATL and other software tools vendors to the news from Oracle that revenues are sluggish. IMO, Rational's business is substantially different from that of Oracle, and the Street isn't understanding that today. Of course the drop was on top of a general malaise from the insider selling, so this appears to me to be a relatively good point to buy some more shares (so I did, at 23.5). As per the usual, it may go lower... Randy
