Kiri: Excellent analysis!
I agree the mkt is going to continue on the upswing to somewhere in the DOW 7300-7500 before a worry-point. However, I still expect some pullback over the next several trading days after the huge runnup last week. I still advise against holding Feb OEX calls next week with the expiration fast approaching; I dumped my OEXBR's on thursday at a tidy profit. There are still profit-takers out there who have a nice gain and will be liquidating tues-thurs to hold onto profits.
Look for a good dip next week. There is a resistance level on the OEX at 776-778, but I don't think it will go this far. I'd look for an entry at 780. Then you can pick up your Mar 820 calls for a bargain price.
But, But, But -- I've been wrong before.
