VERT is a very different company than ITRA. VERT is a pioneer at aggregating and enabling business to business vertical communities. They make money off subscriptions, sponsorships, and e-commerce. They will soon roll out auction capabilities for their vertical audiences. This IMHO will be huge -- possibly like a little eBay in the b to b communities online. ITRA provides business to business software services to IT professionals. This company should not be readily compared to VERT. They also have a different business model and deserve a different valuation. I will choose to bet on VERT rather than ITRA. Good Luck Investing. Regards, Scott
