A question to all re CYOE: Per the announcement over the DOW regarding the $10MM loan, they actually received the money (at least that is what the verbiage indicates). Has anyone confirmed that it was a commitment and not actually a funded loan? If in fact the loan was funded, there will be no fireworks on the 18th.
