I don't see any event which will chop the stock overnight. However, the financial condition of the company is horrendous and they have a history of diluting the stock through convertibles. I expect the stock will simply gradually decline with a spike every now and then as the crooks spread false rumors. A great short. Even though I have a very large loss, I decided to keep all my CPU stock; however, I don't recommend buying it anymore. Maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised in another year or two, but I'm not holding my breath. Message 8155188
